Turn off a rail
Stop routing through a rail during an incident, with a sentence your users see in its place.
When a rail is degraded, you can stop new transfers from using it without changing any code. The rail then appears as declined, with your sentence as the reason, instead of disappearing. Transfers already under way are not touched.
The setting is a comma-separated list of id:reason pairs. The ids are the adapters' own:
| Rail | id |
|---|---|
| Circle CCTP | cctp |
| Axelar | axelar |
| LayerZero | layerzero |
| NEAR Intents | near-intents |
The reason is shown to the people sending, so write it for them:
cctp:Circle is not available right nowAn entry without a reason uses "This route is turned off right now."
Where to set it
- The Mavna app:
VITE_MAVNA_DISABLED_SOURCES, at build time. Rebuild the app and copy the newapps/app/distto the server. - The widget: the
disabledSourcesfield of the config. See Configuration. - The SDK: a circuit breaker passed to
raceAdapters, which reads the list on every quote. See Quote and rank routes.
